1.2 Subscription Cancellation

- If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase
- If the digital product is found to contain significant errors or is materially different from its description, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase
2.2 Webinars and Online Events
For purchases related to webinars, online workshops, and similar events:
- Registrations are fully refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled event
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may receive a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event
- If an event is rescheduled or canceled by ibes network, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled event
2.3 Consulting Services
For personalized consulting services or custom research projects:
- Refund policies are outlined in the individual service agreements provided before the commencement of services
- Generally, deposits for consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced
- For multi-stage projects, refunds may be available for incomplete portions of the work, subject to deductions for work already performed
